The petitioner herein alleged to have been misusing the Human Rights Commission Emblem been now under scanner pursuant to the complaint given by one Rajesh. The petitioner's Counsel stating that due to personal fute between the defacto complainant and the petitioner, false complaint been lodged at various places and therefore, the FIR to be quashed for being abusing the law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that serious allegations been made in the FIR and it requires investigation only on completion of investigation any commission of cognizance offence will be brought to the light.

3. In view of the above fact that the allegation against the petitioner is very serious in nature, FIR cannot be quashed without investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
