ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2095 of 2024, thereby directed the third respondent to approve the proposal sent by the petitioner for the appointment of one C.Hajee Syed Mohammed in the post of full time Night Watchman in the petitioner's School.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the respondents granted approval for the appointment of one C.Hajee Syed Mohammed in the post of full time Night Watchman in the petitioner's School.
