Read this in continuation of and in conjunction with the order dated 19.02.2025, which is extracted below:

'Mr. Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, points out that representation dated 20.11.2023 was disposed on 27.06.2024. As regards representation dated 13.12.2023, he says that orders have been passed. Let copy of same be supplied to the petitioner and filed before this Court as well.

In the order dated 19.02.2025 extracted supra, this Court had specifically recorded the submission of Mr.A. Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader that representation dated 13.12.2023 had already been disposed of as on that date.

However, today, Mr.T. Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader circulated proceedings in Roc C2/e-4458/2024 dated 19.03.2025 disposing of the representation dated 13.12.2023. Hence, the submission of Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader as 2\4

recorded on 19.02.2025 is totally incorrect and this Court expresses its disapproval of the said submission having been made casually and contrary to the fact. Be that as it may, a copy of the order dated 19.03.2025 will be handed over to Mr. S.Ilamuhil, learned counsel for the petitioner for onward transmission to the contempt petitioner, if he wishes to challenge the same, needless to say, in accordance with law. 4.

With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
