Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14782 of 2023, the writ petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2. The 2nd respondent appeared before this Court and filed an affidavit stating that the petitioner was the highest bidder in the sale auction conducted on 11.01.2021. It is also stated that the petitioner was put in possession on 21.08.2021 and he had put up fencing around the property which was auctioned. It is further stated that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the main writ petition, sale deed was executed on 24.01.2025 in favour of the petitioner and the auctioned property was also measured by the Firka Surveyor on 15.02.2025. It is also stated that the petitioner has applied for patta in respect of the property in survey Nos.106/2C5A1A1A and 106/2C4A1A. The patta has already been transferred in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in survey No.106/2C5A1A1A in patta No.1197.

3. In view of the fact that sale deed has already been executed in favour of the petitioner and survey of the property was also done as per the orders of this Court in the main writ petition, recording the affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
