The Suit has been dismissed as settled out of Court already vide judgement of the Court dated 19.04.2010. During the pendency of the suit, this Court has attached the properties of the defendants pending judgement.

2.This application is now taken out for raising attachment. This Court perused the Suit papers and came to realise that on 19.04.2010 the suit has been dismissed as settled out of Court.

3.Hence this application is allowed.

Attachment is raised.

4.Registry is directed to intimate the concerned Sub Registrar at the earliest.
