2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that what was sold was 3.62 and 1⁄2 acres in S.F.No.674/1C, 674/2, 674/3A of Neelambur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District but the actual extent of ground available was only an extent of 2.62 acres. This Court can take judicial notice of the fact that the respondent Bank before accepting the security documents is valuing the property also and the valuation of the property cannot be done unless the physical verification of the land being done. 3.However the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 did not disclose the said material facts.
