Div) No.51 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J At the hearing on 04.08.2022, the affidavit of compliance filed by Mr.Senthanarai Kannan and Mr.A.Purushothaman was taken on file and the matter was listed today so as to enable the applicant to verify and confirm if the order was complied with. Learned counsel for the applicant confirms that the infringing material has been removed. Therefore, nothing survives in this application and A.No.251 of 2022 is closed.

2. As a corollary, Mr.Senthanarai Kannan and Mr.A.Purushothaman are not required to be present in person for future hearings.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents were saddled with unsold inventory at the time of termination of their relationship with the applicant. The said grievance is outside the scope of this application but the respondents may file appropriate proceedings or an appropriate application in such regard. List on 02.09.2022.
