ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the respondents states that a lock and seal notice was already issued, but the same was assailed before the Civil Court in O.S.No.20 of 2015 in Thiruvottiyur and an interim order of injunction has been obtained. He, thus, states that they will contest the matter and inform the Court qua its jurisdiction in such matters and it is always open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in the suit proceedings.

The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
