ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 6 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.11.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Anitha, Kanagaraj and Sasikumar on the allegation of cheating with the second respondent police. But, till date, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report. The said closure report has also been served to the petitioner on 22.01.2016.

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
