ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2020 for the offences under Sections 363, 366, 366(A) and 376 (DA) of IPC and Section 5(g) read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.3 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
