O R D E R

Petitioners have come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to accept and register the Release Deed dated 05.10.2016 executed by the petitioners 2 and 3 in favour of the 1st petitioner in respect of their absolute family properties, presented before the 2nd respondent for registration.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that though the Release Deed was presented before the respondents for registration, it was not accepted by them. Hence, having no other alternative, the petitioners are before this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Pondy) appearing for the respondents submitted that if the Release Deed is presented in the proper form, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to accept the Release Deed submitted by the petitioners, if it is in order and register the same in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.33116 of 2016 is closed.
