(Crime No.6 of 2018) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Crl.P.C, to call for the records and quash the impugned FIR as against the petitioner in Crime No.6 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the Crime No.6 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same. 2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and have also filed a Memorandum of Understanding to that effect dated 16.09.2019.

3.Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective parties, the petitioner has submitted the photo copy of his Passport and the second respondent has submitted the photo copy of her Aadhar Card and the same have been made part of the record.

4.Recording the statements made in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 16.09.2019, the proceedings in Crime No.6 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent herein, is quashed.
