This petition has been filed to modify the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.20475 of 2024 dated 27.082024 in Para No.5(a) that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1lakh to the credit of Crime No.392 of 2024, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from today.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and considering the financial position of the petitioner and considering other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para.5(a) as against the petitioner and the petitioner is directed deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.392 of 2024, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
