This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 10.11.2020 given by petitioner through association, in accordance with law at earliest.

2. Heard, Mr.V.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P. Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
