NO. 622 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Honble Court Crl.O.P.No.22901/2021 dated on 01.12.2021 (i.e) The Petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MIR NADEEM ALI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22901 of 2021 on 01.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
