ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the officials to withdraw the memo, dated 03.05.2023, 12.05.2023, 24.05.2023, 02.06.2023 and 12.06.2023 issued against the petitioner as they are false and malafide and punish the officials who were involved in this absolute abuse of power. 2.At this stage, this Court is of the view that this Writ of Mandamus cannot be entertained. It is seen that an explanation has been sought for from the petitioner in respect of certain dereliction of duty. Such being the position, it is the duty of the petitioner to give explanation properly. Without complying the same, one cannot seek a direction in the form of Writ of Mandamus to withdraw the memo itself issued for dereliction of duty.
