ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to direct the fifth respondent to consider and take necessary actions on petitioner representations dated 14.10.2019, 24.05.2023, 20.06.2023, 09.01.2024 and 20.02.2024 to make payment for the tender work completed in Tender Ref.No. 742/2015 for the tender value of Rs.50,00,000/-.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was awarded work as per the notification dated 23.12.2015 for the value of Rs.50,00,000/-. As per the Award, the petitioner had deposited the amount and had completed the work in the year 2017. Thereafter, though the petitioner made several representations seeking payment

of the tender value, it was not considered by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to disburse the tender value amount to the petitioner as per the Tender Ref.No.742/2015 dated 23.12.2015 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
