G.Jayachandran v. The State Rep By
Crl.M.P.No.13060 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11298 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police in every Sunday at 10.30 am., for another period of three months imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10713 of 2024.
2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and there is no previous case against the petitioner.
3.
Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and considering the nature of offence involved in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
Accordingly, ordered.
