O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to allot any other plot in Kamaraj layout of Needmangalam Taluk Cooperative Housing Society, Thiruvarur District in favour of the petitioner.

2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 3.

Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1,3 and 4. Mr.K.V.Subramanian, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4. When the matter came up for admission, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for a limited prayer to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.09.2016 and it is suffice that this Court may direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2016 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation dated 06.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
