Today, this Criminal Revision Petition is listed under the caption 'For reporting compliance'.

2. By an order dated 14.03.2023, this revision is partly-allowed with direction that the amount of fine is enhanced from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.25,000/-. Out of which Rs.5,000/- has already been deposited at the time of the filing of the revision and the remaining of Rs.20,000/- of fine amount is now paid. The receipt in this regard is produced before this Court and the same is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 14.03.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.1610 of 2017 is complied with and no further orders are required.
