Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.22105 of 2021 on 23.11.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m for until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22105 of 2021 on 23.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
