issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders on the appeal/representation submitted by the petitioner Trust dated 24.07.2023 against the order of fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No. 460 A1/2023 dated 07.07.2023 and to direct the second respondent to grant recognition to the School established by petitioner Trust viz., Straight Way Nursery and Primary School, Cumbum, based on the application pending from 13.10.2018, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders on the appeal/representation submitted by the petitioner Trust dated 24.07.2023 against the order of fourth respondent dated 07.07.2023 and to direct the second respondent to grant recognition to the School established by petitioner Trust viz., Straight Way Nursery and Primary School, Cumbum, based on the application pending from 13.10.2018, within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already submitted an appeal before the second 2/4
respondent on 24.07.2023 and such appeal is still pending consideration.
3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the second respondent would consider the petitioner's appeal within a reasonable time.
4.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24.07.2023 and pass orders, according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
