ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to reconnect the Electricity to the petitioner's canteen by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2024.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was the successful tenderer 1/4
and the same was awarded to the petitioner for a period of 3 years from 12.03.2024. The respondent vide its orders dated 12.03.2024 awarded the work permit order. For non payment of the arrears and CC charges, the electricity connection was disconnected. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to reconnect the electricity on the petitioners canteen on 28.08.2024 which was not considered by them till date. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the entire arrears amount and the CC charges. This Court may direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 2/4
respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
