This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to call the petitioner for counselling for the post of PG Assistant in Zoology as per the Provisional Selection List of the 1st respondent dated 13.10.2022 pursuant to Notification No. 01/2021 dated 09.09.2021under the 10 percent reserved for Secondary Grade Teachers and direct the 1st Respondent to select the Petitioner for the post of PG Assistant in Zoology against the 10 percent Quota reserved for Secondary Grade Teacher.

2. Today, when this case was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
