This application is for the condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the set aside petition. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the applicant is based in Telangana and that this caused some delay in filing the petition.

2. Learned counsel for the rectification petitioners has no serious objection to this application being allowed.
