This Criminal Original Petition is filed for transfer of investigation the case in Crime No.04 of 2023 on the ground that the police has not pursued the investigation properly.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the 2nd respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2023 and filed final report which has been taken on file in C.C.No.44 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai. He further submits that the summon has been issued to the witnesses and the case is posted for hearing on 24.09.2024. 3.

In view of completion of investigation and filed final report, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
