ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. 3. At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Applications dated 13.12.2017, 23.07.2020 & 17.11.2023 submitted by the petitioner are only for surveying the lands comprised in S.Nos.218/3B & 218/4A2 and not for surveying the land in S.No.218/5A1. So far as petitioner's request for surveying the land comprised in S.No.218/5A1 is concerned, petitioner may have to 2/6

4. The above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition on the following terms:
(i) The petitioner is permitted to submit an Online Application for surveying the land comprised in S.No.218/5A1 situated at Keelaperambalur Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District and to pay the necessary fees for carrying out the said exercise, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the 3/6
