2. This Court already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 02.11.2022 with a condition to report before the Duty Doctor of Neurological Ward in the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, every day from 6.00 p.m to 7:30 p.m and shall also submit one page report daily about his experience in the Neuro Ward to the Duty Doctor and the Dean shall forward the reports submitted by him at the end of the 30th day to this Court and directed the Registry to post the matter on 15.12.2022 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. In view of the above the anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 02.11.2022 stands dismissed.
