W.P.No.26749 of 2023 W.P.No.26749 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

This case is disposed of on 11.09.2023, but after the dictation in the open Court, this Court required one of its Stenographers to add a couple of sentences to the order, which was not reflected in the order. This Court, without noticing the same, signed the order. Since this is realized subsequently, this Court taught it appropriate to post the matter before the Court. After Paragraph 6, the omitted sentence in the earlier order will run as below: "7. The petitioner is directed not to admit any students more than the sanctioned strength of 100 students till the second respondent takes a call on its appeal."

2.This is required to be inserted after Paragraph 6 and before Paragraph 7, and Paragraph 7 in the order dated 11.09.2023 will be re-numbered as Paragraph 8. 3.In order to monitor the same, this Court deems it fit to implead the National Medical Commission, Satarkta Bhawan G.P.O. Complex, Block A, INA, New Delhi - 110 023 as the third respondent.
