ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a charge sheet/final report in connection with Crime No.310 of 2018, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Law and Order, G-5 Police Station, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed on 31.07.2025, through e-filing in LTN No.20230002153C202500125, on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
