The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-2 and A-3, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3[1], 4[2][c], 5[1][d] of ITP Act in Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners / A-2 and A-3, who are native of Villupuram District, had brought two ladies, aged about 20 and 22 years to Tiruppur and in the house of the first accused, they were running a prostitution.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated as accused in the present case.

4.Per contra, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have no bad antecedents and major part of the investigation is over.

sri 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a day i.e. at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00p.m. until further orders.
