When it is pointed out that the relief sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition does not relate to any public duty required to be performed by the First Respondent, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue for implementing the award dated 08.01.2016 in I.D. No. 42 of 2013 passed by the Second Respondent in appropriate legal proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the proper forum, and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
