When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for extension of time by another two weeks to deposit the amount as ordered by the Trial Court.

2. In view thereof, considering the difficulties that are expressed by the petitioner, two weeks time is granted from today i.e., until 21.08.2025 for depositing the amount as ordered by the Trial Court. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount on or before 21.08.2025, further steps can be taken by the learned Trial Judge concerned, in accordance with law.
