This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19159 of 2023, dated 22.08.2023, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
