This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 13.02.2023 in Crl.MP.No.1840 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.22347 of 2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
