The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 04.08.2016 and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to approve and allow him to operate in Avalurpet location, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District as a Distributor with respect to Serial No.IS TRAO/AVAL/05 of the respondent organisation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner complied with all the requirements and had submitted the Residential Certificate obtained from the Taluk Office, Gingee and also the FMB Sketch to the respondents for allotment of LPG Dealership. Since there was delay in allotment of the said dealership, the petitioner sent a representation dated 04.08.2016 to the respondents, which is pending consideration. 3.
Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2016 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
