This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16514 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16514 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police in monthly once on the first saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
