Respondents PRAYER:This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 13.04.2024 passed in E.A.No.12 of 2022 in E.p.No.35 of 2019 in O.S.No.30 of 1992 pending on the file of Sub Judge, Thiruvallur. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that after filing of CRP, the respondents have withdrawn E.P.No.35 of 2019 on 27.09.2024 and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to raise all the grounds before the E.P.Court whenever fresh E.P. is filed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh CRP in the event of the respondents filing fresh E.P. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
