This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to set aside the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by the learned Fast Track Magistrate at Tiruchengode in CMP.No.2136 of 2017 in STC.No.57 of 2016 and consequently issue to reopen and summon DW-4 for production of Ex.D10 and D11 for comparison.

2. On a perusal of the report submitted by the trial Court, the main case in C.C.No.57 of 2006 was disposed of on 24.02.2020 and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
