This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.12621 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has three previous cases and further investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
