ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.198 of 2022 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report as to how long the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem will take to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.198 of 2022.

3. The learned III Additional District Judge, Salem has sent a report stating that she has recently taken charge over the post and I.A.No.2 of 2023 was periodically adjourned for enquiry due to the vacancy of the post of III Additional District Judge, Salem. It is also stated that I.A.No.2 of 2023 is posted on 13.12.2024 for enquiry.

4. Accordingly, the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.198 of 2022 within a period of three months from today.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
