O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in D.V.C.No.128 of 2018 pending on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Chennai and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction. 2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the Domestic Voilence Case as against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and have also filed a Memorandum of Understanding to that effect dated 16.09.2019. 3.Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner is present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective parties, the petitioner has submitted the photo copy of his Passport and the respondent has submitted the photo copy of her Aadhar Card and the same have been made part of the record.

4.Recording the statements made in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 16.09.2019, the case in D.V.C.No.128 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2018, pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Chennai, is quashed.

5.The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
