Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to mention the correct jurisdiction and Municipality places where Municipal Shops are available in Item No.2 dated 30/12/15 Tender Schedule and conduct tender in respect of Municipal Vegetable Shops for all shops by issuing fresh Notification on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.01.2016.

After some arguments, Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
