These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.8725 & 8728 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.10824 & 10825 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month, till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional magistrate.
