This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11632 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15435 of 2023 on 08.08.2023 to report before the concerned Court, once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
