The Petitioner, who apprehend arrests at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 408 IPC in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, on instruction from the Investigating Officer, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as on date, as far as Respondent Police Station is concerned, there is no case or investigation pending against the Petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court for appropriate relief, if the necessity arise.
