ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate and file final report in Cr.No.113/2013 before the Jurisdictional Court, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted though the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.113 of 2013 on 18.03.2013, they have not filed final report till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.113 of 2013, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks one month time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
