ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to re-open and recall the case in C.C.No.324 of 2011 and subsequently transfer the entire investigation from the 2nd respondent to the file of the 1st respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. A perusal of the report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai, shows that there is no case in C.C.No.324 of 2011 is pending on her file.
4. When the petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.285 of 2012 and the counter case in STC No.3 of 2012 have been ended in acquittal.
