O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the 1st detenue, Rajeswari, aged about 26 years.

2.Today, the petitioner and the detenues are present before this Court. The 1st detenue is the wife of the petitioner. She has informed this Court that she is not willing to live with the petitioner, who is her husband. After some discussion, it is agreed by the petitioner as well as by the 1st detenue that, both will go for mutual divorce. Insofar as the custody or visitation rights of the child/2nd detenue, said to have been born out of their wedlock, is concerned, the same will be agitated before the Family Court.

3.Recording the statement of the petitioner and the 1st detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the detenues are set at liberty.
