ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the Yes Bank Limited for a direction to the 1st respondent to defreeze the bank account that was maintained by the 2nd respondent.

Heard Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of 1st respondent. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced 2/4

the order passed by this Court in Crl OP No.30980 of 2019., etc., batch dated 10.05.2023. It is seen that this Court had quashed the FIRs including the FIR in Crime No.39 of 2019. 4.

In view of the above development, there is no reason to continue with the freezing of the bank account maintained by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent bank. Hence, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to immediately defreeze the bank account.

This Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
